I'm delighted with the work Kevin, Stephanie, Scott and the whole crew did for us! They renovated our family room and a half bath, making a custom built-in bookcase that looks like it's original to the house. Now they've just finished a complete renovation of our kitchen. The quality and attention to detail is excellent, and the job was finished sooner than I anticipated. Highly recommended.

We had a full bathroom completely remodeled, down to the studs. Kevin, Scott, and Benji were easy to work with and listened to our needs. Benji took special care to make sure the quality of work was exceptional. They vacuumed and cleaned up well daily after work. Communication was excellent; they kept us well informed of schedule and when contractors would be coming.

As a realtor in Arlington Heights, working with this builder has been such a positive experience. They truly add equity and value to every project. They're incredibly responsive and collaborative, making the process feel seamless and stress-free. What stood out most is their ability to work with different budgets without ever compromising on quality or creativity.

We used Fairfield to do work on both an outdoor kitchen and garage addition and they were awesome to work with. They're on-point with communication, walk through the processes (especially with permitting involved) and bring their expertise to the projects. Importantly, they keep you in your budget and communicate if you start to get out of it. Shout out to Eric and Kevin!

There are a lot of builders/remodelers out there, many are good and some are less than straightforward. I have first-hand knowledge that Kevin and Scott are the best of the best. They are honest and truly interested in their customers' satisfaction. The homes they build add value and beauty to the neighborhoods they work in. This business is a true Arlington Heights gem.

Fairfield did a great job fixing my bathroom that another contractor messed up. They took out the bathtub and turned it into a shower and I am very pleased with everything. Kevin and Scott were great to work with. Benji, their tile guy, was phenomenal and did an outstanding job! Would definitely recommend this company!

Kevin and team built us a retirement home with our plans. We love our house. The attention to detail, follow-up, and craftsmanship was outstanding. Four years later we had an issue with a hot water heater and it was under warranty — he took care of putting us in contact with the vendor. Kevin is very knowledgeable, has good ideas and stands behind his product.

Renovations by Fairfield gave us the kitchen of our dreams! Our project involved removing walls, patching in flooring, moving windows and plumbing, and updating lighting. We were able to create an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Their work is beautiful and everyone was very kind and professional. They offer a wonderful value for outstanding work.
